Refund Policy
Refund terms for Orqra Personal License.
You may request a full refund for the one-time Orqra Personal License within 14 calendar days of the original purchase without giving a reason. This policy does not limit consumer rights available under applicable law.

Refund terms
14-day full refund
Send the request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. No reason is required, and Licence activation or device use during this period does not by itself make the purchase ineligible. v1 refunds the full Orqra purchase only; partial refunds are not offered.
How to request a refund
Email billing@orqra.com from the purchase email address and include the Dodo Payments order ID or payment reference. Do not send model Provider API keys, project files, prompts, or other creative content.
Response and payment timing
We respond within 3 business days. Once an eligible refund is approved, Dodo Payments returns it to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing, although the payment method and financial institution may take longer.
Licence and local data
After the full refund is confirmed, the Personal Licence is revoked and its active device rights end. Orqra continues under Free limits. Local projects, workflows, prompts, outputs, files, and API Key values are not deleted.
Dodo Payments Merchant of Record
For purchases completed through Dodo Payments, Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, and refund payment mechanics. Orqra remains your product and billing-support contact.
Provider fees are separate
Orqra does not include AI model API credits and does not resell third-party AI APIs. Any API usage fees are paid by you directly to your own model provider.
- The 14-day policy does not exclude remedies for software that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.
- A purchase that has already been fully refunded cannot be refunded again.
- Questions about an unrecognised charge or payment dispute may also be raised with Dodo Payments using the contact details in the purchase receipt.
