BYOK responsibility
Orqra is local-first BYOK software. Users bring their own model API keys and remain responsible for provider accounts, billing, rate limits, endpoint access, prompts, outputs, and provider terms. Orqra does not include AI model API credits and does not resell third-party AI APIs.
Personal License
The Personal License is a perpetual software-use right. It includes the Orqra desktop app, 12 months of product updates, 2 active device activations, and Email + License Key activation for the purchase email.
Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase without giving a reason. We respond within 3 business days. After a confirmed refund, the Personal License and its device activations are revoked; local data remains and Orqra continues under Free limits. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law, and third-party model provider fees remain separate.
Updates policy
The included update period lasts 12 months from purchase; it is not a License expiration date. Eligible builds remain Personal after that period, while builds published later require new update eligibility or run with Free capacities after the user chooses Free. This does not change where local projects, prompts, outputs, files, or API Key values are stored.
Product boundaries
The v1 Personal License covers desktop software use and activation rights. It does not include AI model credits, cloud generation credits, hosted project storage, or third-party API resale.
