Combine text, instructions, and system prompts with ! templates and @ references.

Put each kind of content in its place
Use text data nodes for characters, environments, and reference material. Use an AI node’s Instruction for the current task. Text AI nodes also offer an optional System Prompt for role or tone rules, depending on model support.
Type ! to find a template
In the Shot Size text node, type !shot size. In Subject, use !character description; in Environment, use !environment description. Choose a result and fill in any blanks. The inserted text is an editable copy: changing it does not change the template, and template edits do not update existing copies.
Reference input nodes with @
Connect a data node to the AI node first. Type @ in Instruction and choose a connected node to place its content at that position. Other connected inputs still join the context.
Check the actual request
Open Properties / Prompt Preview to inspect the system prompt, instruction, resolved inputs, model, and parameters. Check the actual text, not just template names, before running.
