Find your symptom and keep the error details before retrying.

The app will not open or update
Use the official Download page. macOS v1 requires Apple Silicon (arm64), not an Intel Mac. Download again if the installer is incomplete. If update checks fail, check the network or use the official installer. Do not delete app data to fix installation.
Connection fails or a node cannot find a model
On Models, open the settings icon beside OpenRouter and check the API Key. Save a replacement key, or choose Test Connection to check the saved key. If the test fails, follow the error message and check the network and account permissions. Confirm the model card’s switch is on. Nodes show enabled models with matching capabilities; an image node will not list a text-only model.
A run fails or keeps waiting
Open the node’s failure details first. Follow the provider’s message for balance, rate-limit, or permission errors. For missing inputs, check connections and content. Set the request timeout in Settings → Model Calls: 1–60 minutes, default 10, applied to new requests. Network connections may still fail earlier.
The provider generated a result, but it is missing locally
Compare the time and request ID with the provider’s logs. A local timeout does not prove generation failed. A result from an interrupted synchronous request is not guaranteed to be recoverable. Keep the failure details and diagnostics before deciding whether to run again and risk another charge.
License activation fails
Use the purchase email and check spam for the License email. At the device limit, deactivate an old device. Reconnect to validate when the short offline allowance expires. Contact support if the old device is unavailable or activation still fails.
Share diagnostics
View and copy diagnostics in Settings → Data & Storage. Send them with the app version, OS version, and time of the issue. Review the text first and remove API Keys, full License Keys, signed links, and private creative content.
